| Test is a validation step in product design work. Playing an important role in the product design and optimizes, test work will directly affect the product design cycle, development costs, product quality and other issues. According to the rapid development of the science and technology, new theory and technology are adding to the product optimization, this also proposed new demands and challenges to the test.Computer simulation technology has become much mature than before, along with the computer hardware develop, and became much more important in product design. But it always appears as an assistant method to compare with the traditional test method. The simulation accuracy, fidelity and reliability were rarely mentioned during the simulation process. In view of computer simulation technology, it will play a positive role to combine computer simulation and the test work in product design and optimization.Based on the analysis of the simulation and test theory, a method of high fidelity simulation test for product design optimize has been raised. The whole simulation and test process has shown with the example of bag filter optimization. The research aimed at flow field optimize, using CFD software to model, simulate filter'sub-duct pipe and filter room while considering test technology. At last, optimization advice was given to the design work. This example demonstrated the feasibility of simulation testing method. And a platform was established while affirming the basic functions and modules. |
