Study On The Optimization Of Distribution Route In Chifeng Tobacco Company

Nowadays, logistics is becoming more and more important in economy. Many cities in our country have realized the importance of pushing the development of logistics properly and effectively. In the course of establishing the system, logistics delivery is the core of the city logistics system. Especially the tobacco industry. It has already become'the accelerator'of sustainable development in tobacco industry on how to establish tobacco sale logistic distribution system preferably, manage each link in tobacco sale system effectively, close the relationship between industrial enterprises and retail enterprises and reinforce enterprise core competence. China is the world`s largest tobacco producing and consuming nations, and the tobacco industry occupies an important position of the national economy. In accordance with enterprise features, to optimize the costs of logistics distribution is one of the important means for the tobacco companies to reduce cost and improve core and improve core competitiveness and continue to maintain sustained, steady and healthy development. So it has theoretical and practical significance to explore the issue of optimizing the logistics cost distribution for tobacco companies.It studies from distribution channel workload index, supported by GIS and network database system, mainly target at raising distribution network`s service quality and cutting down cost. The significant point is that I made relatively deep theory analysis and application distribution about the building of tobacco industry distribution routes optimization system model and the improvement of the algorithm. In the management of delivery, a problem needs being decided frequently is how to seek the most saving vehicle route and give the goods to every customer, which is called VRP. To long distance providing and delivering traffic jam and road can be ignored while having and stopping up the state; but to city delivery, affected by traffic jam and various kinds of traffic controls, seeking the best delivery route is complicated. Choosing the deliver route rationally, not only can control the logistics cost but also can limit the running time in the city of vehicle.From the perspective of cost management, this study based on many domestic and foreign literatures, and analyses the factors which influenced the logistics cost, as well as the principles and ways of the optimization of logistics distribution cost. On this basis, this study focus on the method of distribution cost optimizing for Chifeng tobacco commercial enterprise. Through this empirical research, we based on the goal of cost minimization and bound by certain conditions, the author established an optimizing model for vehicle routing problem and provided improved Savings Algorithm to solve the problem. It is a effective way for the Chifeng tobacco commercial enterprise to optimize inventory and improve the service and competitive of the company.Starting from developing modern tobacco logistics and taking tobacco logistic distribution system in Chifeng tobacco company as research object, this paper combining the present situation in Chifeng tobacco logistic distribution analyzed the limitations of Chifeng tobacco logistic distribution system. Aiming at the demand of developing Chifeng tobacco logistics, it put forward general framework, optimization objective and concrete measures of tobacco logistic distribution system in order to improve the effectiveness of Chifeng tobacco logistic distribution and promote the sustainable development in Chifeng tobacco, at the same time this paper is willing to contribute to the reform of tobacco industry, especially to the reform of developing modern logistics in tobacco company.
