| Shaft locomotive transportation system is an important unit of production in metal mines, and it's relatively low efficiency limited futher improvement of mine production, especially when utomation level of each aspect of the production process is improved a lot, how to resolve this short board has received more and more attention, on the basis of predecessors'work and according to lots of international documents, after assimilated the ideas, then putting forward my own opinions, the thesis mainly include the following work:1) Build transportation model of single track railway in metal mine, The model mainly considers the following factors:mine daily production requirements,the speed of locomotive,loading capacity of locomotive,the length between shaft station,the number of arrival and departure track,departing time interval。2) Work out the locomotive operation chart. Genetic Algorithm (GA) was served as an optimization tool for search the approximate optimal combination of locomotive operation, the operation chart with targets at minimizing the total travel time of all the locomotives.3) Proved the conclusion by queuing theory, result indicates that the capacity of orepass can satisfy the requirement of locomotive transportation, although the transportation efficiency of single track railway was made a quite change, locomotive don't need to wait for loading ore under normal circumstances.Locomotive transport has the characteristics of combination and continuity, locomotive diagram establishment is a problem of huge permutation and combination,in recent years Genetic Algorithm (GA) has been widely used in various fields. Especially in combinatorial optimization fields and showed a well effect, genetic algorithms are used to resolve the problem in this thesis.Locomotive transport process is a random process,which has many affecting factors, but making all the factors into account is impossible, according to different conditions of single track railway and requirement of transportation,the software can give corresponding locomotive chart, which provides a good foundation for the futher study. |
