In the economic development of China,the steel industry has made significant contributions.With the development of iron and steel enterprises,the existing operation mode has gradually failed to meet the needs of enterprises.The existing management system in the enterprise is mainly for the storage and display of job data,lack of automatic decision-making ability,and all links in production generally adopt manual methods.As an important link between blast furnace production and steel making at the pouring station,the transportation of molten iron is accomplished by manually driving the locomotive.This mode lacks the overall plan for the running lines of each locomotive.The running lines of the locomotives are easy to interfere with each other to reduce the transportation efficiency.At the same time,the driver must inevitably appear in the hot metal transportation area during operation.Therefore,the use of intelligent technology to plan the operation of multiple locomotives and the realization of unmanned hot metal transportation are of great significance for improving transportation efficiency and ensuring the safety of operators.This paper analyzes the current status and characteristics of molten iron transportation of a certain iron and steel enterprise,and obtains the actual demand for unmanned transformation of molten iron transportation,and designs and implements the molten iron transportation drone vehicle operation planning system on this basis.After unmanned hot metal transportation,the locomotive operation is no longer operated by the driver.In order to solve the problem of cooperative transportation of multiple locomotives after unmanned transportation,this paper has modeled the hot metal transportation route by topological method.The locomotive path planning has been studied.The A* algorithm is prone to reciprocating search,traversing too many invalid nodes.An improved A* algorithm is proposed.Based on this,combining the time window constraint idea and the locomotive safe operation guarantee mechanism,many The locomotive transportation planning algorithm realizes the cooperative transportation planning of multiple UAV vehicles during hot metal transportation.Based on the B/S(Browser/Server-side architecture,Browser/Server)architecture,this paper has designed the system’s task processing,path planning,multi-locomotive cooperative transportation and other functional modules in detail.,The three-tier Web model of the front-end presentation layer.This article implements the system using Java language,and develops a hot metal transportation drone vehicle operation planning system with functions such as multi-locomotive path planning,production information display,operation visual monitoring,and operation data management,etc.Provide an important guarantee.
