The thesis depends on commissioning of Basic Automation Control System at 1450 cold mill Ansteel. It is use industry automation control software SIMATIC PCS7 V6.0 of SIEMENS Ltd.The thesis introduces Material tracking (MTR), Master Ramp Generator (MRG) and solves the problem that deta for next strip is not sended. Tolerance of strip location is 0.05m after refine adjust. Next strip data mission rate have reduced 80% after running. Master Ramp Generator generates reference value of strip drive system. Tolerance of speed is 0.05m/min, when line is running in normal condition.The thesis is instruduce Set-up data handling (SDH), Actual Data handling (ADH), simulation logic, stand control, communication, process data acquistion etc on design, install and commissioning. After commissioning, strip gauge tolerance isĀ±1%, when strip thickness is 0.4mm to 0.9mm.It was reach design require.The thesis analyzs and introduces stand control system of 1450 tandem cold mill. The intermediate roll shift system is proved and roll shift function is optimized such that the rolling efficiency is hightened. In the running process it is seen that the improvement is very sucesess.The thesis is guarantee of processing setpoint and tension control of strip, reduce slip, oscillate and strip break about 10%. Actual strip flatness is less than 81. Steady state thickness precision of strip rolling is in value of design.
