In recent years,with the packaging,electronics,household appliances and other industries to strip the increasing demand,the steel industry has obtained the rapid development,especially in the cold-rolled strip steel products,the total amount of steel in the share of more and more high.Cold tandem rolling mill is an important process in the production of cold rolled products,which plays an important role in the quality of cold rolled products and the subsequent process.However,it has been found that the rolling mill vibration has seriously affected the stable production of the cold tandem mill,and has been plagued by the further improvement of the cold rolling product quality.For this purpose,this paper takes the 1420 Cold Tandem Rolling Mill of Mei steel five as the research object.First of all,aiming at the defects of rolling mill vibration,combined with rolling equipment and technological characteristics of Meishan Steel 1420 five stand cold,from the two aspects of roller and arch,horizontal,vertical and axial direction of vibration direction,develop a set of rolling mill vibration test technology,and use this technology to complete the production of typical product specifications vibration experiment test under different speeds,found that the rolling vibration law,provide the basis for analyzing the vibration mechanism of defects.Then,taking into account the equipment and process characteristics of 1420 Cold Tandem Rolling Mill,the mechanism of the vibration of the five units is analyzed.And put forward a set of technical analysis and suppression of cold rolling mill vibration on-line,real-time acquisition system using five stand cold rolling mill existing regional tension,rolling pressure,rolling speed,work roll frame and other related data,according to the vibration frequency and vibration amplitude data online analysis of specific specifications,types of strip steel in specific working conditions the rolling mill,and according to the data analysis results,the corresponding measures for vibration suppression.Finally,by analyzing the effect of rolling speed on the vibration defects of five stand tandem cold rolling mill,the influence of rolling speed on the cold rolling mill with five stands is analyzed.Then,starting from the rules and the tension system pressure,were established under the pressure and tension of the vibration system specifications five stand cold rolling mill model,then established the lubrication system of the five stand tandem cold rolling mill vibration influence model.On the basis of this,a set of comprehensive control technology for vibration defects of Yu Meigang 1420 five tandem cold rolling mill is developed.And it can be applied to the production practice,the maximum rolling speed of the unit increased from 1040 mpm to 1328 mpm before the application of technology,increased by 27.69%;due to defects caused by the vibration of closed crack by application before the 234.4 tons / month reduced to 42.5 tons / month,reduced by 81.87%,and created great economic benefit to the scene.
