With the development of steel industry, oxidized pellet has gradually become more and more important metallurgical furnace charge. From the innovation of the enterprise development, Anshan Iron and Steel Group to build two chain grate- rotary kiln oxidized pellet production line in Gongchangling mining area. However, in the actual production process, the workers produce experience judgement of size, resulting in pellet roasting temperature instability, oxidized pellet quality of quality on the low side, can not give full play to chain grate- rotary kiln 's advanced production technology. Aiming at this problem, this paper taking Anshan Gongchangling pelletizing plant two rotary kiln as the research object, uses the soft measurement technology to achieve a firing pulverized coal injection quantity on-line prediction, based on the development of the rotary kiln coal injection control system.Based on the full study of oxidized pellet production process, this paper selects oxide pellet roasting coal injection amount is closely related to the 8 process variables as the system soft sensing modeling of auxiliary variable, build pellet roasting of fuzzy neural network prediction model. This article through data correction technology of model training data are processed, eliminate engineering data errors, and the use of principal component analysis method (PCA ) for the auxiliary variable elimination assisted the correlation between variables. After processing the main element variables can reflect most information of original variables, using principal component variables to establish the implementation of calcined coal injection amount prediction fuzzy neural network model and simulation analysis. The simulation results show that, the model can accurately predict the pellet roasting desired PCI rate, error in process within the allowable range.This paper analyzes the rotary kiln coal injection amount adjusting control system and the principle of limitation, put forward even injection fuzzy control system. And on the basis of the fuzzy controller for the improvement and perfection, proposed a piecewise fuzzy control, self-tuning fuzzy control. The simulation results show that, they are better play their respective advantages, has obtained the good control effect.
