In the new dry cement production process,cement clinker calcination system is the most important process for cement product quality,and the main equipment is rotary kiln.Therefore,it is particularly important to design a set of temperature control scheme for the cement rotary kiln calcination system,which enhancing the cement quality as well as reducing the energy loss.But some parameters are very difficult to detect because of the large influence factors of the kiln temperature.The clinker calcination process is a very complex process containing several physical and chemical reactions.It also has obvious characteristics of great delay,great inertia,strong coupling,nonlinear and slow time-varying.So,it is very difficult to obtain a satisfactory control result by establishing a precise mathematical model.Accordingly,it is important to control the temperature of each process zone in the kiln,in order to ensure the kiln's continuous,stable and balanced operation.Firstly,this paper analyzes the process of precalciner kiln system,namely raw material lifting system,precalciner cyclone system,clinker calcining system and fuel system.It also analyzes the physical and chemical reactions in the clinker calcination process,and then concludes cement clinker formation process and the heat balance in the calcination process,and fully reflects the complexity of clinker calcination system.Secondly,the fuzzy controller is established by applying the fuzzy control theory,whose input variables are kiln supporting roller bush temperature error TE and error change CTE,and output variable is coal feeding CF.Through fuzzification of accurate variable,fuzzy control rules and fuzzy judgment of output information,it is easy to analyze the fuzzy control model of clinker calcining system and come to a preliminary conclusion.Then,GUI functions of MATLAB simulation software are applied in the simulation of the fuzzy control model.The simulation curve is obtained through inputting variables,adding subordinating degree functions,editing rules and programs.Finally,the fuzzy control model of the clinker calcining system is applied to a new dry cement production line,and the operation flow in the production process is analyzed.Then the best control effect is obtained.
