In recent years, food safety incidents occurred frequently, so that it has become one of the focus of the government and consumers concerned. From the point of the food safety supervision departments, it is necessary to assess the food risk effectively and to reduce the its risk. The risk management system for imported and exported food was researched in this paper. We'll first introduce the status of risk assessment and risk supervision for imported and exported food, then discuss the establishment of the risk evaluation system and model. Besides that, we will talk about the application of risk assessment model in risk supervision. Finally, a risk management system will be given for imported and exported food.Main research result of this paper is as follows:1) The risk assessment system for imported and exported food was researched and established. Then the risk assessment model was given based on fuzzy comprehensive assessment method. After analyzed the lack of index weight in the model which was determined by experts, a weight calculation method by rough set was presented. In the end, by a large number of data instances, the risk assessment model for imported and exported food was verified.2) Application of the risk assessment model to the imported and exported food safety supervision was researched. A method for implementing this risk assessment model was given, by using a 16-bit product code, hierarchical maintenance and monitoring form.3) Through the requirements analysis of risk management system for imported and exported food, the design and implementation of risk management system for imported and exported food was given based on the J2EE architecture platform and SSH framework technology. To solve the database synchronization problems of internal and external network, a database synchronization subsystem based on the principle of trigger was designed and implemented. |
