The object of the subject is waste emulsion generated by a machinery factory in the production process, It is a common industrial waste water which is also difficult to deal with, and it is the main waste water of machining and metal surface industry. The Characteristic of this Waste emulsion is high concentration of organic matter, refractory, low emissions and pollution intensity. It is serious harm to the ecological environment, flora and fauna and human health, If the emulsion abandoned hazardous waste not handled properly. At present, most of the physical, chemical treatment is mainly targeted at the oil-water separator, because there are not many studies on the treatment of wastewater, that it is extremely important to find an effective way to deal with waste emulsion. This topic used the method of demulsification+Fenton oxidation treatment to deal with the waste emulsion, the process of chemical demulsification technology has become widely accepted because it is simple in operation, low in cost, and mature in technology, but it need to continue process because it often does not meet wastewater discharge requirements. Fenton reagent has strong oxidation that most known refractory organic compounds can be oxidized to the inorganic state, it has great prospects for development as handling high concentrations of recalcitrant wastewater.Obtained by the demulsifier screening experiments we can find that the treatment effect of aluminum sulfate is better and the optimum dosage is10g/L;Through the aeration experiment we determine the optimum aeration for lh;Finalized the dosage of Fenton reagent is Fe2+500mg/L, and hydrogen peroxide50mL/L, the optimum reaction time is1.5h. After Fenton reagent has oxided for1.5h, the COD removal rate can up to81.0%.Through the experimental data,we can see that by using this process to deal with the actual mechanical waste treatment, water quality is good and the wastewater biodegradability is improved, also it can more easier to biochemical processing.
