Heavy Concentration Emulsion Wastewater is derived from many industries such as dyeing and printing industry,petrochemical industry, machine cutting,food processing and so on.It has a few characteristics such as wide varieties,large capacity of drainage,complicated component and high chemical oxygen demand(COD).It is a class of unmanageable special wastewater and harmful to co-environment if it is discharged to environment directly.The kinds of emulsifying wastewater must be treated.It is difficult for single physical or chemical method to reach efficiency degradation.To resolve the problem,the emulsion breaking- Fenton oxidation-fly ash adsorption process was used in Laboratory to treat the waste emulsified liquid thoroughly and effectively.Heavy Concentration Emulsion Wastewater would be treated by the emulsion breaking pretreatment and then degraded through Fenton reagent process,and fly ash was used to absorb the residual contaminants at last.The Joint approach was used to make up deficiencies in individual technology and achieve the discharge standards of oily wastewater.The study took laboratory simulation emulsion wastewater as target and COD,Oil Concentration as water quality indicators,using single factor and orthogonal test as method.It investigated the relationship between the oil-water separation effect and the demulsifier species,the demulsifier adding dosage,pH conditions,the original liquid concentration,the mixing intensity, and the separation time.It also investigated the effect of H2O2 adding dose, Fe2+ adding dose,pH conditions,oxidation time and dosing ways of H2O2 on Fenton oxidation results.The test also did some studies in the fly ash adsorption properties,which modified by different methods,and then chose appropriate and effective modified methods and investigated the influence extent of adding dose,the pH conditions and adsorption time.Through analysis the relation curve between influence factors and COD,Oil Concentration,the test chose reasonable level for each factor in breaking emulsions,Fenton reagent and fly ash adsorption process,in order to improve the effectiveness of wastewater treatment and achieve the discharge standards of Oily Wastewater.Through investigation of experiment,the optimal operating conditions of the disposal project for oily wastewater are obtained.The operating conditions of emulsion breaking are as following:adding PAC=25mg/ L; adding emulsion splitter =10g/ L;pH=5;high speed agitation time=2min, Slow speed stirring time=12min.The operating conditions of Fenton reagent process are as following:adding H2O2=0.5mL/mL;adding Fe2+=500mg/L; initial pH=3;ending pH=10;t=120min.The operating conditions of modified fly ash adsorption process are as following:adding fly ash=20g/L,pH=8, t=30min.When concentration of the simulation emulsification wastewater is 5%,COD is as high as 129600mg / L and oil concentration are more than tens of thousands,it is treated following the experimental conditions above,COD of the effluent is under 110 mg / L and oil concentration is less than 10mg / L,the effect of the process is good.Check the actual waste for verification test.Initial COD of actual machining production cut washing liquid is as high as 32,0000mg/L,and it is difficult to depredate directly.To solve this problem,first diluted the waste appropriately,and then proceeded to follow-up processes to depredate it in depth.After treating under above operating conditions,the COD and oily concentration of oily wastewater reduced quickly,met the national emission standards for secondary yielding water.The Research shows that chemical demulsification pre-treatment-Fenton oxidation-Fly ash adsorption process of have a good effect in Heavy Concentration Emulsion Wastewater treatment.The joint technology has a more broad application prospects,because of its simple process,high efficiency and it using industrial waste in rational,according with the requirements of sustainable development.
