| According to domestic and foreign analysis on current situation of behavior-oriented based on work process, with the application of specific data and cases, literature research method, action research method, and questionnaire survey have been applied in this research to reflect the forms and effect of behavior-oriented teaching based on work process in secondary vocational school, and increase teaching effect by getting rid of shackles in traditional teaching thinking model and breaking through the difficulty.The core content of the study is: on the basis of teaching status survey and analysis of costume specialty, it aims to develop the course plan of learning field for fashion design and craft major in secondary vocational school; and carry out behavior-oriented teaching. Specifically speaking, the study mainly deals with the practices and researches on the following problems.First of all, through the status survey and analysis of costume specialty, the study finds out that the major problems existed in fashion design and craft major of secondary vocational school are as below: the orientation for professional training is not clear; the courses fail to keep up with the posts; and the teaching methods are short of practical applicability.Besides, with the courses plan development theory based on working process in learning field as its foundation, together with investigations and surveys, as well as researches, formal and informal discusses, the study specifies the training requirements of costume talents in secondary vocational school, makes analysis of professional post group and the typical working tasks, and relocates the core courses. In accordance with the gradual, demand-oriented, typical cases, interesting and flexions designing ideas of learning program, the study makes micro design for learning programs and its corresponding sub-programs.Last but not the least important, the study makes an interpretation for the connation of behavior-oriented teaching of specialized courses for students of costume major in secondary vocational school. According to the five complete action sequences, namely Information, Designing, Implementation, Control, and Assessment, teaches will organize students and carry out teaching activities. Multiple teaching methodologies are applied into the process of behavior-oriented teaching and pragmatic analyses and demonstrations are also made by utilization of cases.The application of this research in practices is good for increasing teaching capacity of teachers, promoting teaching quality in the class, bringing effective changes on learning process, learning forms, emotion, and value, and strengthening the employment capacity and entrepreneurship of students. |
