| With the transformation and upgrading of Chinese processing and manufacturing industry,enterprises have put forward higher requirements for mechanical processing skilled talents.At present,most of the mechanical processing courses in secondary vocational schools take the fragments of work action as the carrier of the course content,only to cultivate the operational skills of students’ special work,resulting in the curriculum can not meet the needs of social and economic development.Under this background,it is of great value to develop the systematic course of “general lathe machining”.In order to reconstruct the course of “General Lathe Machining” in secondary vocational schools,the research was carried out in four steps by using the methods of literature analysis and investigation.The first step is to understand the current situation of the “general lathe machining”curriculum in secondary vocational schools,including curriculum content,curriculum structure,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation,and analyze the main problems existing in the curriculum.The second step is to sort out the theoretical basis,connotation and characteristics of the work process systematization course,understand the basic model and design points of the work process systematization course,and explore the development principle of the work process systematization course.The third step is to investigate the working position of lathe workers and understand the job responsibilities,professional roles,job contents,job qualifications or qualification requirements of lathe workers,so as to sum up the action field of lathe workers and determine the typical working process of ordinary lathe machining.And determine the professional requirements of each typical work link of ordinary lathe processing.Then,based on the consideration of teaching,it is transformed into the processing learning field of ordinary lathe,the frame of reference is selected,and the general lathe machining learning situation of shaft parts is designed.According to the complete process of action and thinking,that is,the six steps of “information,planning,decision-making,implementation,inspection and evaluation”,the guiding text teaching method is adopted to design the situational teaching structure of general lathe machining of shaft parts.In the fourth step,students,teachers and enterprise personnel are invited to evaluate the curriculum development achievements of ordinary lathe processing in secondary vocational schools from four aspects: curriculum content selection,curriculum content ranking and curriculum implementation effect.The fourth step is to invite students,teachers and enterprise personnel to evaluate the systematic course of "ordinary lathe machining" in secondary vocational schools from three aspects: the selection of curriculum content,the ranking of curriculum content and the effect of curriculum implementation.The application of the paradigm of systematic curriculum development of work process in the course of “General Lathe processing”in secondary vocational schools,from the perspective of curriculum reform,in order to improve the sustainable development ability and innovation ability of secondary vocational school students.It provides ideas to meet the requirements of the ability and literacy of workers in the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry.At the same time,it is of great significance to clarify the specific development process of the systematic course of work process. |
