| This paper work on the laboratory and the previous work, and basis on the flotation system of HTTA-MIBK of the Sr2+ , from flotation cloth in to the organic phase until gas bubbles, discusses the influence of actors in relevant models. According the results, as distribution and bubble uniformity is one of the factors that influence the flotation; Second, besides thermodynamics and kinetics factors, bubbles in the column of path is the important factors in flotation; Finally, the arrested in the surface of the bubble set by the the temperature and temperature impact on efficiency of flotation somehow.The study at first established a system of the flotation of strontium HTTA-methyl isobutyl ketone. Sr2+ and the HTTA formed the chelates, and then attached to the surface of rising bubbles floated. The paper examines the choice and the amount of the chelating agent, the choice, dosage, pH, air flow and flotation time of the organic solvent and the effect of standing time to the flotation system. The flotation of strontium optimal conditions: 0.008 mol/L HTTA as a trapping agent; methyl isobutyl ketone from the organic solvent, the volume of 20mL; the optimum pH was 8.0; air flow rate 25mL/min; flotation time 15min. This paper also deals with the direct determination of the strontium content in the organic phase optimizing measurement conditions: acetylene flow 1000mL/min, burner height of 17mm, slit width of 0.5mm, the lamp current to keep the instrument default values.On the basis of strontium flotation systems, first studied the uniformity of bubble in the floatation column and the cloth of flotation. The results showed, under the same flotation condition ,the bigger air chamber has high efficiency of flotation ; Second, study the bubble path in the flotation column by changing length and diameter of flotation column and using spherical flotation column. Extend column length and used the spherical column, we received a higher rate of flotation. Finally, we considered the flotation mechanism, the arrested in bubble surface was physical adsorption and the influence of temperature, then we used belt clip set of floatation column for the test. The results confirm, changing the temperature effected the efficiency of flotation hardly. So, for solvent flotation, gas distribution and bubble uniformity were the one of elements of flotation. The bigger air chamber has buffer action, and this made sand core board compression even and cloth gas more uniform, uniform bubbles and, at the same time can to a certain extent to reduce "edge effect" of produce; the running path of bubbles and bubble merging in the floatation column were the important elements of flotation. At a certain altitude range, flotation rate which is lambda H, wherein, H represents the flotation column height; lambda represents the bubble motion path; the temperature is reduced in favor of solvent flotation efficiency. Therefore, studies of these factors can provide column structure as well as the next column structure to provide a basis for further improvement.Sr2+ was deternined in BaCO3 at last in this paper. Removed a lot of matrix effect brought about by bariumthe,the test also compared the ordinary floatation column and the ball flotation column with the air chamber. The results showed that the ball flotation column had the best flotation effect. Flotation rate was improved 4.25.5%. |
