The thermodynamic and hydraulic calculation of the production fluid from oil wells isthe theoretical basis of non-heating and non-pressuring gathering and transportation. It hasimportant engineering significance to energy-saving, high and stabilized production of oilfield through to research of the production fluid from oil wells. On the basis of mathematical models of temperature and pressure distribution ofproduction fluid from oil wells, temperature and pressure distribution of production fluid fromoil wells in boreholes was calculated numerically by iterative processing. Meanwhile, temperature and pressure distribution of production fluid from oil wells in pipelines wascalculated numerically by mathematical models mentioned above. On the basis ofmathematical models of temperature and pressure distribution of production fluid from oilwells in boreholes and pipelines, feasibility mathematical models of gathering andtransportation with non-heating and non-pressuring was set up, under the restrictions ofsecurity temperature of scavenge oil and security pressure of gathering and transportation. The numerical analysis method was given about feasibility of gathering and transportation ofproduction fluid from oil wells with non-heating and non-pressuring. A software on thethermodynamic and hydraulic calculation of the production fluid from oil wells wasprogrammed using VB6.0.Meanwhile,taking the30oil wells, as the examples ofB1-4-PJ39,of Oil Recovery Plant No.1of Daqing Oilfield, the feasibility of non-heating andnon-pressuring gathering and transportation of the production fluid from oil wells wasanalyzed using the above mathematical models and numerical analysis method. The resultsshow that the actual coincidence rate between numerical analysis results and practical resultswas over90%.It proves that the mathematical model, the numerical calculation and theanalysis method about temperature and pressure distribution of production fluid from oil wellswith non-heating and non-pressuring in boreholes and pipelines was correct.
