In Jilin Oilfield production water injection system, aiming at the problems of themanagement level needing to be further improved and digital intelligence needing to befurther perfected and so on,this paper using the principle of material conservation and fluidmechanics theory, and the mathematical models suitable for Jilin Oilfield water injectionsystem energy balance, water injection system efficiency, energy consumption and relatedhydraulic parameters were given, and corresponding numerical methods were presented. Withthe mathematical models and numerical calculation methods mentioned as above,take thewater injection system of Xinmu Oil Production Factory of Jilin Oilfield for an example, thewater injection system efficiency, energy consumption, centrifugal pump running condition,water injection pipeline-network flow rate, line velocity, pipeline pressure drop and thepressure distribution of well top and the maximum pressure drop from water injection stationto the end well were calculated and evaluated.Based on the above mathematical models and numerical calculation methods, systemflow processe charts were established by modules, the system databases were abtained andimproved;using Visual Basic6.0programming language and Excel data managementtechnology,"Jilin Oilfield water injection system into the dynamic and visualization "program was programmed. With the above program, the water injection system of Xinmu OilProduction Factory were analysed dynamically and visually. The results show that,using theprogram, dynamic changes of the injection parameters can be showed directly,instantly andvividly, and the effective measures of saving energy of the water injection system wereproposed.
