With sufficient investigations, this article put forword a design scheme of automationwellhead devices of workover operation,which based on researching the workover processand referring to the domestic advanced drilling and workover operation equipments.Thedevice is mainly composed of the centralizer manipulator,main back-ups jointassembly,power slips and work support.This device can realize the automatic positioning of the moving workbench, the firstrighting of the centralizer manipulator to strings, the secondary righting of the hydraulicback-ups to strings, the automatic shift of the open type hydraulic main pliers, thenon-contact automatic gap of the open type hydraulic main pliers, the automatic clampingcylinder of power slips and so on.The structure design of the back-ups wrench and power slip and the structureimprovement of and the main clamp jaw were completed. the traditional main clamp jawplate was divided into jaw male and female. The3D model of back-ups wrench, power slipand main clamp was established with SolidWorks, and the dynamic force analysis ofback-ups wrench and power slip was confirmed.Based on ADAMS kinematics and dynamics theory, the kinematics mathematicalmodel of the power slips is established and the displacement, velocity and acceleration equations of the power slips connecting rod are derived. Through the movement analysis of the power slip rod, verifing the open angle of connecting rod can make the corresponding strings of the slip body in size go through. Using ADAMS/Hydraulics module to process machine liquid joint simulation, Through the power slips racingaction, the tightening process of power slips strings, the button on the main back-upsprocess simulation analysis,the author has obtained the installation position of the hydraulic cylinder of the power slips and back-ups,working conditions, and system work pressure, and has tested with simulation if Power slips and hydraulic back-ups canmeet the job requirements.The whole machine got teleoperation by using Siemens S7-200PLC programmabiecontroller Put forward the automation control method of key operations according to theworkover process. The switch type of Hall sensor was adopted to realize automaticallymeasures gap of the open type hydraulic power tongs and the NS-WL2pull and press sensor was adopted to measure the main clamp torque. to achieve remedial work well unmannedoperation provides the solution. The solution of unmanned workover operation at wellheadwas put forward.
