Purpose:By the age of 55 young patients with AMI risk factors, clinical presentation and coronary angiography analysis, the incidence of myocardial infarction in middle-aged factors, clinical features and pathological characteristics of coronary angiography for early control of risk factors, better prevention and treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Material and method:Collected in January 2009-2011 on March Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of myocardial infarction in young patients (age≤55 years),65 cases recorded risk factors, clinical presentation and coronary angiography, and its review analysis.Results:65 cases of young myocardial infarction patients admitted to our hospital over the same period accounted for 240 cases of myocardial infarction in patients with 27.08%. Male 51 cases, female 14 cases; aged 32-55 years, mean 47.45±3.6 years. Risk factors for acute myocardial infarction in young and middle aged:43 cases in which a large number of smoking accounted for 66.2%, lipid 58.5% increase in 38 cases,33 cases of hypertension, 50.8%, positive family history accounted for 47.7% of 31 cases. Another 5 cases of diabetes 7.7%, alcohol and other risk factors. Clinical features:53.8 to 35 patients as the initial presentation of myocardial infarction, no significant prodromal symptoms; 70.8% of 46 patients with typical chest pain at onset of symptoms. ECG showed:65 patients, the following myocardial infarction (50.0%) and anterior myocardial infarction (33.7%) were more common.49 underwent coronary angiography examination,27 cases of single-vessel disease 60.0%, the most commonly involved anterior descending artery 46%. Vascular lesions:severe stenosis was 38.0% and occlusion was 32.0%, so coronary heart disease (CHD) is a major cause of myocardial infarction in young and middle aged.Conclusion:1. The main risk faetors of MI in young in deseending order were smoking, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and positive family history.2. The clinical charaeteristics of MI in young patients as follows:(1)The onset of MI in young patients is unexpected with less premonitory symptom.(2)The sign of chest pain is typieal during the onset of MI in young patients.(3)The common infarcted locus of MI in young patients is inferior and anterior wall.(4) Complication rate, high survival rate, the prognosis is good.3. The single-vessel disease is main pathologieal change in youth patients with MI, as the main cause of CHD.
