| Objective: This study was designed to observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo of Xuanyunning with Shuyu Qinghuo, Pinggan Xifeng, Jianpi Huatan Chinese herbs,and to further explore its mechanism,in order to provide reliable clinical application basis.Methods: 60 cases of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases combined Chinese herbs Xuanyunning treatment group,30cases be treated with dian bai zhu tang jiang;both groups are treated 3 weeks for one course of treatment.Before and after treatment,patients of the two groups were respectively observed in with symptoms,signs, the total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and changes of TCD.Check blood routine,urine routine,feces routine as well as liver and kidney function tests before and after use the medicine, statistical analysis to determine drug efficacy and safety.Results: The clinical observation found that traditional Chinese medicine (Xuanyunning) can effectively improve the symptoms,signs of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo patients and significant improved the indicators of TCD.There was no significant difference of blood routine, urine routine,feces routine as well as liver and kidney function tests, The therapy have good efficacy and safety.Conclusion: The clinical study results showed that the Xuanyunning decoction formulated under the Shuyu Qinghuo, Pinggan Xifeng, Jianpi Huatan rule has preventive therapeutic effecton posterior circulation ischemia vertigo,it is worth further study and clinical application. |
