| ObjectivePosterior circulation ischemia is a common disease in the elderly,and can have a variety of complex symptoms,including dizziness,vomiting,headache,insomnia,tinnitus,fatigue and so on.These symptoms can come and go,and sometimes they can be very serious.This article is to analyze the clinical effect and mechanism of sanyin fuxuan decoction,a Chinese herbal medicine prescription established under the guidance of the Chinese medicine principle of invigorating spleen,kidney and liver to prevent dizziness.Sanyin fuxuan decoction will be used to treat vertigo in the elderly,which is caused by posterior circulation ischemic disease.MethodsDuring the study,we collected a total of 64 subjects,all of whom met the requirements of the experiment.We then divided the 64 subjects into two groups-the trial group with 32 people,and the control group with 32.During the course of the observation,we gave each subject the necessary treatment,which had an effect on posterior circulation ischemia.Meanwhile,subjects in the control group were given betahistine mesylate,while those in the test group were given a combination of betahistine and sanyin fuxuan decoction.Both groups were treated for seven days to determine whether the drug was effective.In order to understand the basic conditions of each subject,we gave each subject necessary examinations during the study,such as head CT,MRI,TCD,ecg,color doppler ultrasound and several blood tests.These tests can also help us understand the treatment situation and timely deal with the uncertain side effects.During the study,we used spss21.0 to analyze the changes in several scoring indicators,which can help us compare the effectiveness of the two groups.Results(1)The effective rate of the treatment group(90.3%)was higher than that of the control group(78.1%).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)The treatment prescription measures in both treatment groups could reduce the DARS score(P < 0.05),and the reduction was more obvious in the treatment group(P < 0.05).(3)Both treatments could reduce the scores of TCM vertigo-related symptoms of the subjects(P < 0.05).In addition,the treatment group did a better job in relieving the symptoms of headache,insomnia,fatigue and controlling the frequency of vertigo attacks(P < 0.05).(4)The two groups of treatment options for the subject TCD examination of Vm and PI has a very good improvement effect(P < 0.05),and for the improvement of PI indicators in the treatment group is more obvious.(5)The two groups of treatment can reduce the subjects of anxiety and depression scores(P < 0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.(6)Neither drug toxicity nor side effects were found in the two groups.Conclusion(1)The Sanyin fuxuan decoction can increase the total curative effect of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo in the elderly。(2)The Sanyin fuxuan decoction can help improve the blood supply of vertebrobasilar artery system.(3)The Sanyin fuxuan decoction alleviate the symptoms of vertigo patients,including headache,insomnia,nausea and vomiting,tinnitus,fatigue,and can effectively reduce the frequency of dizziness.(4)The Sanyin fuxuan decoction has certain effect on relieving anxiety and depression of senile patients with vertigo,and can help improve the quality of life of patients.(5)The composition of this drug is safe and has no toxic side effects.It can be used for a long time to prevent and treat vertigo in the elderly,which is caused by posterior circulation ischemia. |
