The Observation About Efficacy And Safety Of Treating Ventricular Arrhythmia With Shensong Yangxin Jiaonang Uniting With Mexiletine

Purpose:Rapid ventricular arrhythmia is a common clinical arrhythmia types.More and more research show that the occurrence have closed related with the inhibition of the vagusl nerve. When the ability to regulate the heart of the Autonomic nerves (especially the vagus nerve) reduced,cardiac electrical instability in cells increased,ventricular fibrillation threshold decreased,then sudden death accurs. The aim of this present study is to investigate the impacts of shensong yangxin jiao nang on the treatment of Rapid ventricular arrhythmia (RVA),and discuss the mechanism of ventricular arrhythmias, as well as provide some guidance.for treatment of ventricular arrhythmias.Methods:This research uses the method of random comparison. Observed RVA patients are divided into two groups by random (the control group and the reatment group). One course of treatment is 8 weeks. The control group are used Mexiletine tid. The treatment group,on that basis,plus hensong yangxin jiao nangResult:1. The joint traditional Chinese medicine in treating ventricular arrhythmias western medicine arrhythmia for the total significant efficiency, the total effective rate was 86.7%43.3% alone, and traditional antiarrhythmic western medicine (33.3%) respectively compared with 66.6%, the former efficacy is obvious surpassed the latter, statistically significant; 2. Traditional Chinese medicine combined antiarrhythmic western medicine treatment of TCM symptoms palpitation for decreasing total significant efficiency, with the total effective rate of 93.3%; Traditional alone anti-arrhythmic western medicine for total significant efficiency, with the total effective rate of by 60.0% when 36.7%. Chinese medicine can significantly improve ventricular arrhythmia patients for clinical symptoms.3. ECG and echocardiography of the two groups show that no significant difference before and after treatment, and no difference between the two groups by statistical.It indicates that Shensongyangxin capsule and mexiletine and the short term both will not increase the risk of arrhythmogenic and deterioration of heart function.4. The mechanism of shensongyangxin jiaonang may be partial related to improvement cardiac autonomic function. Safety:It showes that no significant change ofthe heart function, blood routine, liver and kidney function and electrolytes before and after treatment(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The United Shensongyangxin capsule and mexiletine can significantly improve symptoms of ventricular arrhythmia, promotes the traditional Chinese medicine's syndromes. While significantly increased heart rate variability in patients with ventricular arrhythmia rate. These efficacies may be mediated partially by the significant increasing of the level of HRV.
