The Influence Of Shensong Yangxin Capsule In Treatment With Ventricular Prematurity Index、Tp-e Interval And The Clinical Effects In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure Combined Ventricular Premature Contraction

Objective:To value Shensong yangxin capsule’s security and the predictive value of the criticality ofmalignant ventricular arrhythmias, through observing the clinical effects and the effect ofVentricular Prematurity Index、Tp-e Interval and Safety Index of Shensong yangxin capsuleon chronic heart failure patients with ventricular premature.Methods:(1)Selected56cases in our hospital with chronic heart failure complicated with prematureventricular and the TCM syndrome was deficiency of both vital energy and yin, then letthem sign informed consent.(2)By the way of randomized double blind placebo controlled trial, the manufacturer codethe produced28boxes of experimental drugs and28boxes of placebo randomly, test objectsaccording to the order based on coding, in turn, distribution of drugs into the set time. Bothinvestigational drug and placebo were oralled4pellets everytime and3times everyday. Thetest time is8weeks.(3)To value the curative effect and safety of the drug, ECG、 Holter ECG、Echocardiography and Safety Index were tested before experimentation and afterexperimentation.(4)The test was asked in detail about the general condition of the patients (such as name、sex、age、address、the primary affection、coplication、the symptoms and signs、TraditionalChinese medicine tongue pulse and using situation of drugs etc),and recorded detailedly topreserve the integrity of data.(5) After the completion of the test, the researchers uncovered blind, reorganize allsubjects of relevant data and statistical analysis.Results:Both treatment group and control group were28patients in selected56cases. Two groups’ general conditions were given below: Control group contained28cases which included16males and12females and average age was61.61±7.435years old; the average course was5.25±2.287years; the primary disease:10cases of coronary heart disease,18cases of DCM;cardiac function:19cases of grade Ⅱ,9cases of grade Ⅲ. Treatment group contained28cases which included17males and11females and average age was60.25±7.816years old;the average course was5.21±2.394years; the primary disease:9cases of coronary heartdisease,19cases of DCM; cardiac function:21cases of grade Ⅱ,7cases of grade Ⅲ. Bystatistical analysis, treatment and control groups’ general conditions were good, nosignificant difference(P>0.05),comparable. In the course of the experiments2patients werefall off in both groups. Among them,1patient in treatment group was fall off because of lostof following up,1patient in control group was fall off because of death.The effective rate of meliorative TCM syndrome integral in treatment group wasobviously higher than control group after the experiment, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);In terms of integral medicine effect of heart failure, the effective rate in treatment groupwas obviously higher than control group after the experiment, and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of the frequency of premature ventricular contraction, the meliorative effectiverate in treatment group was obviously higher than control group after the experiment, and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of the Coupling Interval, the difference were not significant both two groupsbefore the experiment(P>0.05),and comparable. The control group’s Coupling Interval wasshortened, no prolonged, obviously after the experiment than which before the experiment;The treatment group’s Coupling Interval was prolonged obviously after the experiment thanwhich before the experiment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of the Ventricular Prematurity Index, the difference were not significant bothtwo groups before the experiment(P>0.05) and comparable. The control group was notobviously different after the experiment than which before the experiment(P>0.05),thetreatment group’s Ventricular Prematurity Index was obviously higher, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of Tp-e Interval, the difference were not significant both two groups before theexperiment(P>0.05) and comparable. After the experiment, both groups’ Tp-e Interval wereall shortened obviously and the treatment group more, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05); The safety Index such as routine blood urine and stool test、liver and renal function、electrolyte in both groups were not different obviously neither before the experiment norafter the experiment, and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05);Conclusion:1. Routine treatment of Western Medicine plus Shensong yangxin capsule can improve thechronic heart failure with ventricular premature patients’ symptom obviously than merelyroutine treatment of Western Medicine.2. Routine treatment of Western Medicine plus Shensong yangxin capsule can prolong thechronic heart failure with ventricular premature patients’ Coupling Interval obviously thanmerely routine treatment of Western Medicine.3. Routine treatment of Western Medicine plus Shensong yangxin capsule can increase thechronic heart failure with ventricular premature patients’ Ventricular Prematurity Indexobviously than merely routine treatment of Western Medicine.4. Routine treatment of Western Medicine plus Shensong yangxin capsule can shortern thechronic heart failure with ventricular premature patients’ Tp-e Interval obviously than merelyroutine treatment of Western Medicine.5. Shensong yangxin capsule is safe and credible clinically in therapeutic dose and noside-effects.
