| Objective:to observe the influence of reinforcing kidney and activating blood circulation therapy on the peripheral T lymphocyte of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:①48 inpatients met the inclusion criteria,24cases were divided into treatment group and 24into control group. The treatment group took the Traditional Medicine combined with active immunotherapy. the control group took active immunotherapy.②Analyze the peripheral T lymphocyte changes of two groups of patients before and after treatment analysis by the FCM (Flow Cytometry) and analyze the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients.③All the data is tested with software SPSS17.0.Results:①After treatment, compared with control group, the change that reduction of CD4+ cells, rise of CD8+ cells and reduction of CD4+/CD8+ was more apparent(p<0.05).②After treatment, the treatment group, the total effectiveness had achieved 87.5%, the live birth rate was 79.17%; the control group, the total effectiveness was 62.5%, the live birth rate was33.33%. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(p<0.05), without malformation fetus.Conclusion:After reinforcing kidney and activating blood circulation therapy combined with active immunotherapy is changed peripheral T lymphocyte obviously and proved to be prominent, which may be beneficial to pregnancy. |
