Objective:Explore lymphocyte method of active immune therapy incombination with kidney invigorate the circulation of the clinical curative effect ofunexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:In January2013to August2013in henan hospital of traditionalChinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of reproductive medicine clinics,150cases of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion were randomlydivided into A, B, C three groups.For the treatment group with active immune jointAdd Vedan Shou decoction treatment, Group B, group C are all in the control grouprespectively with Add Vedan Shou decoction and active immunotherapy tocontrast.Observation to three groups of pregnancy pregnant65days and fetal survivalrate and abortion rate;12weeks of gestation；After treatment of TCM syndromeintegral;Type three groups after treatment Th1cytokines IFN-γ,IL-2levels;Th2typecytokines IL-4,IL-6levels;The level of Th1/Th2.Results:①Groups of fetal survival65days and at12weeks of gestation groupA93.9％and85.7％，Group B Cgroup were50.0％,43.8％,75.0％,64.6％，group Aand group B, group A and group C fetal survival rate is65days and at12weeks ofgestation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);②A, B, C threegroups after treatment of clinical effectiveness are85.7％,45.8％and62.5％respectively，Group A and group B, group A compared with group C clinical effectiverate, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05);③After treatment group Aand elevated levels of IL-6, IL-4IFN-γand IL-2levels drop significantly, comparedwith group B, group C, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05);④TCM syndrome after treatment group A average score was6.3±4.7,the effectiverate was85.7％;Group B after treatment of TCM syndrome integral was6.5±3.9, the effective rate of79.2％,group C after treatment of TCM syndrome score was9.8±5.2on average,effective rate was52.1％,Group A and group C after treatment ofTCM syndrome integral and efficient comparison, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05)，Group A and group B after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,efficient and no statistically significant difference (P﹥0.05).Conclusion:①Kidney invigorate the circulation and active immune therapy cansignificantly improve patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriage clinical curativeeffect.②Kidney invigorate the circulation and active immune therapy cansignificantly decrease the rate of patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriageabortion, improve the survival rate, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment isbetter than that of pure active immunotherapy.③Kidney invigorate the active immunetherapy can significantly reduce the Thl level, improve the level of Th2, Thl/Th2balance to Th2type obvious deviation, improve immune tolerance function in patients with unexplainedrecurrent miscarriage.
