The Clinical Observation Of PTH In Decompensated Chronic Renal Failure Treated By The Method Of Tonifying Spleen Kidney And Huayutongluo

Object:To investigate the effect of tonifying spleen kidney and Hua Yu Tong Luo on the parathyroid hormone which due to decompensated chronic renal failureMethod:we selected 50 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for CRF in decompensated(178mmol/L<Scr<443mmol/L) and the dialectical criteria for TCM blood stasis and their PTH all over 70 pg/dl. According to the patients'basic condition we give symptomatic treatment (for example control the blood pressure, anti-infection, correct the acid-base imbalance and so on).Then we give the orally Chinese medicine to the patients.The treatment course was one month, two course latter we had the result. Take the indictors at the beginning and the ending of the experiment. The indictors include PTH, serum calcium, serum phosphorus serum createnine, BUN. In addition, we observed the changing in traditional Chinese medicine symptom. Compare Chinese symptoms and lab indictors at the beginning with ending.Result:1.Compared the before treatment with the after treatment, there was a significant improvement (P<0.05) in Chinese symptoms.2.Compared the before treatment with the after treatment, there was a improvement (P<0.05) in serum creatinine and BUN.3.Compared the before treatment with the after treatment, there was a improvement (P<0.05) in parathyroid hormone.4.Compared the before treatment with the after tr-eatment, there was a improvement (P<0.05) in serum calcium, serum phosphorus.Conclusion:The method of tonifying spleen kidney tonifying spleen kidney and Hua Yu Tong Luo could reduce the patients'level of parathyroid hormone due to the chronic renal failure.It also could regulate the serum calcium and phosphorus.In addition, it could improve the function of renal and could improve the Chinese symptoms.
