Study On The Problems In The Clinical Pharmacists Of Chinese Medicine's Training System In China

At present, our clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine are short, which aren't at work. In the introduction, by studying the background, the purpose and the meaning, the status of clinical pharmacists at home and abroad, the methods, and the structure of the paper to explore summary about the preliminary project. In this paper, research methods including literature search) comprehensive analysis and interviews with experts have been used to study on the problems in the clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine's training system in China and put forward suggestions.The first chapter of the paper is the status of the clinical pharmacists' development at home and abroad and genera, which consists of four parts:the status of the clinical pharmacists'development at home and abroad; the basic concepts to clarify; reference meaning; the necessity of the analysis about study on the clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine's training in China.The second chapter of the paper is the problems in the clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine's training system in China, including three parts. The first part is higher education, for example educational system is too short. The second part is vocational accession, for example the conditions of registration are rigor. The third part is continuing education, for example the expenses of continuing education are high.The third chapter of the paper is suggestions of the clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine's training in China. According to the second chapter (the problems in the clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine's training system in China), it is to put forward suggestions. It consists of three parts. The first part is higher education, for example seven years'master education. The second part is vocational accession, for example to draw up clinical pharmacist law. The third part is continuing education, for example to reduce the expenses of continuing education.
