The Investigation And Analysis Of Pharmaceutical Care And Continuing Education Of Licensed Pharmacists

Objective: to find out the problems of licensed pharmacists’ pharmaceutical care and continuing education at the present stage,deeply explore the reasons,explore the deepening methods of pharmaceutical care and the optimization mode of continuing education,and put forward reasonable suggestions for licensed pharmacists’ sustainable development and the real provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care to the masses.Methods: 1.By using the method of questionnaire survey,a questionnaire survey was conducted among drug consumers and licensed pharmacists of drug retail enterprises in Liaoning Province to investigate the cognition of drug consumers to licensed pharmacists and find out the content of pharmaceutical care they want more.Objective to evaluate the pharmaceutical care ability of licensed pharmacists and investigate their attitudes towards continuing education.2.Through telephone or interview,we interviewed licensed pharmacists on the implementation of licensed pharmacist system,pharmaceutical care and continuing education in Liaoning Province.3.Using statistical methods,excel 2016 and IBM SPSS statistics26(64 bit)software were used to sort out and analyze the questionnaire data.Combined with literature review and interview conclusions,the main problems of licensed pharmacists in Liaoning retail pharmacies at the present stage of pharmaceutical care and continuing education were found out,and the reasons were analyzed.Results: 1.Among the licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies of our province,7.6% of the respondents carried out pharmaceutical care of drug treatment management and drug treatment evaluation,85.9% of the respondents thought that they could not evaluate the effectiveness,safety and economy of drugs,and 94.2% of the respondents thought that pharmaceutical care had nothing to do with their own labor remuneration.Only 41.4% of consumers knew licensed pharmacists and received medication guidance from licensed pharmacists.63.1% of consumers did not pay attention to whether licensed pharmacists were on duty when they went to pharmacies.2.47.1% of the interviewees think that continuing education is not helpful,and31.2% of the interviewees think that the current continuing education is just taking the form.There were significant differences in the recognition of continuing education among licensed pharmacists with different educational background.The licensed pharmacists with higher degree of Bachelor degree or above had higher recognition of continuing education,while those with lower degree of junior college or technical secondary school had lower recognition of continuing education.Conclusion: 1.At present,there are some problems in the pharmaceutical service of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies in our province,such as low awareness of licensed pharmacists by consumers,low education level of licensed pharmacists,low professional level and insufficient drug service.2.Among the licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies in our province,the junior college and technical secondary school students with lower education background have lower recognition and enthusiasm for continuing education.3.Relying on higher pharmaceutical education,carry out academic upgrading plan;The content of continuing education is more focused on the pharmaceutical care of common chronic diseases such as hypertension.Such measures are worth trying and promoting.
