Slinical Study On Soothing Liver And Removing Stasis Therapy Of Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Qi Stagnancyandblood Stasisc

Background research:Sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (Sequelae of PID) is a common disease.Features:both mentally and physically due to the recurrent and Long course and easy to replapse.Patients greatly suffer chronic nature of Sequelae of PID.Current medicine mostly relies on antibiotics to treat this disease, but due to special pathological changes in Sequelae of PID, it is difficult for the antibiotics to reach localized areas in the pelvis and work to the best of its abilities. Therefore, research into the prevention and treatment of this disease has caught the attention of health workers worldwide.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of soothing Liver and removing stasis treatment on Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type of Sequelae of PID, and its effect on the hemorheology parameters, and to explore the its mechanism.Methods:Sixty subjects with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis type of Sequelae of PID were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.Thirty subjects in the treatment group, treated with herbal retention enema treatment,while 30 patients in the sham group, received metronidazole injections. The symptoms, physical signs, treatment parameters and hemorheology results of subjects were conducted before and post treatment.Results:The total clinical efficacy rates of treatment group and control group were 83.33% and 72.41% respectively, and the total efficacy rates of TCM syndrome were 86.67% and 75.86% in the treatment group and control group respectively.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the sham group (P< 0.05).Improvement of main symptoms and physical signs in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group (P< 0.05).Blood viscosity was significantly improved before and post treatment in both groups (P< 0.05). Furthermore, patients in the treatment group showed a better lowering of high-shear blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and fibrinogen than patients in the sham group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:soothing Liver and removing stasis treatment can effectively treat Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type Sequelae of PID and improve hemorheology parameters and lower blood viscosity, thereby promoting the absorption of localized inflammation in the pelvis. soothing Liver and removing stasis treatment enhances clinical symptoms and physical signs of subjects and is an effective method on treating Sequelae of PID.
