Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome With The Method Of Removing Blood Stasis And Dispelling Syndrome And Soothing The Liver And Regulating The Mind

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "Huayu Xiaozheng combined with Shugan Tiaoshen method" in treating dysmenorrhea of endometriosis(EMT)with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide clinical theoretical support for the treatment of EMT dysmenorrhea with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Forty-seven patients with Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were selected from January 2017 to April 2018 in gynecological clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into treatment group and control group,25 cases in treatment group were treated with modified Qizhi Tongjing Decoction and 22 cases in control group were treated with Zhitonghua tablets.The two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The changes of dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score,TCM syndrome score,sign score,CA125 level and average diameter of ovarian cyst before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.Total clinical efficacy: The total clinical effective rates of treatment group and control group were 92% and 54.5%,respectively.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P < 0.05,with statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of dysmenorrhea.2.Total curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were 92% and 59.1%,respectively.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P < 0.05,with statistical significance,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in alleviating TCM syndromes.3.Comparison of curative effect before and after treatment: The scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms,VAS,TCM syndromes,signs,CA125 value and average diameter of ovarian cysts in treatment group and control group were lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups could effectively improve dysmenorrhea symptoms,dysmenorrhea degree,TCM syndromes,signs and reduce CA125 level and ovarian cysts(P < 0.05).Average diameter of swelling.4.After treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of signs and the average diameter of ovarian cysts between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups had the same effect in improving the signs and reducing the average diameter of ovarian cysts.In other observation indicators,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It shows that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving dysmenorrhea symptoms,degree of dysmenorrhea,alleviating TCM syndromes and lowering CA125 level.Conclusion: Huayu Xiaozheng combined with Shugan Tiaoshen method is effective in treating dysmenorrhea of endometriosis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.It can improve the symptoms and degree of dysmenorrhea,alleviate the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the level of CA125,and reduce the diameter of ovarian cysts.
