Decoction Qishen Protect Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Patients With Heart Failurein Tissue Color Doppler Indexes

Objective:To observe the Qishen Huxin Decoction treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure (qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm within the stop) patients for clinical curative effect, Cardiac ultrasound of their heart function index.Methods:60 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure (qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm within the stop) of the hospitalized patients, according to gender, age,,underlying heart disease, cardiac function similar to the principles of classification, were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and the control group,30 patients in each group. Control group (conventional western medicine treatment group):Refer to 2007 by the Chinese Medical Society of Cardiology Branch developed CHF treatment recommendations, to the Western (including ACEI or ARB,β-blockers, diuretics, digoxin, etc.) General anti-heart failure therapy; treatment groups:standard treatment in Western medicine on the basis of the above plus " Qishen Huxin Decoction " (with HuangQi 30g, DangShen20g, CunDong20g, DangGui15g, WuWeiZi 15g,ZhiGanCao10g, KuShen 15g, GanSongl5g, HongHua 10g, DanShen 25g, GuaLou15g, Ban Xia15g Yun Ling 30g herbs such as composition, " Qishen Huxin Decoction was Unified pan-fried by Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine subsidiary first hospital jianyao room.each dose was divided into two bags,each bag 150ml,After dinner, before breakfast and 1 hour oral. A course of treatment was 14 days, Using color Doppler ultrasound of the heart contractile function, left ventricular filling, valvular factors, pulmonary arterial pressure and atrioventricular structure of the five indicators, With heart failure treatment ultrasound index were evaluated.Measurement data as mean± standard deviation(x±S) said, compared with t test analysis, count data analysis using Ridit test. The constituent ratio between the groups with chi-square test.Test results P>0.05 as not significant, comparable, P<0.05 was considered statistically significant, P<0.01 as statistically significant difference.Results:Treatment group and control group in ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure treatment has good curative effect. In systolic function indexes:treatment group was better than control group,two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In left ventricular filling indexes:treatment group was better than control group, two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In valve factors, the treatment group and control group had no significant difference (P> 0.05). In the pulmonary artery pressure aspects:treatment group was better than control group, two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the term of atrioventricular structure,two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. Qishen Huxin Decoction can improve cardiac contractile function 2.
