| Objective: By comparing the efficacy obtained by applying different function exercise to two groups of patients after DHS internal fixation operation for intertrochanter fracture of femur, to discuss postoperative function recovery regimen, and static and dynamic balancing principle, and other issue, like intertrochanter fracture of femur surgical techniques, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur and postoperative functional rehabilitation. Methods: 36 cases of intertrochanter fracture of femur accepted by Department of Orthopedics of the first affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Oct,2009 to Oct.2010, 14 males and 22 females, aged 61~89 years, mean age76.75±7.71, 19 cases in left and right 17 cases, Above patients were divided into 2 groups randomly, one for treatment group who are given scientific and quantized postoperative functional exercise under the guidance of static and dynamic balancing concept, the other group was for comparing who received non-systematic quantized functional exercise under guidance of regular AO concept, and patients did functional exercise of affected limb muscle contraction and joint activity autonomously, the doctor didn't give specific guidance for patients exercise method, activity time and quantity were controlled by patients themselves, taking SANDER'S post-traumatic hip joint function score as evaluation criteria, [1]summarizing differences between the two groups in the hip joint function after 6 months, so as to further optimize static and dynamic balancing philosophy to provide guidance for clinical. Results: 36 patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months, average 4.58±1.17 months, all fractures healed bone and healing time 12~17weeks, average 14.25±2.23 weeks, no infection, broken nails, broken boards or other complications are found. According to SANDER'S post-traumatic hip joint function score: the average score of fracture healing 41.81±8.48, 2 cases were excellent, 18 good, 9 moderate and 7 poor. Conclusion: In guiding function rehabilitation of DHS internal fixation postoperative intertrochanter fracture of femur, static and dynamic balance concept had a certain feasibility and advantage for it can enable the early functional recovery of post-traumatic hip joint, obviously improve the activity and function of post-traumatic hip joint and reduce complications. |
