Objective: By comparing the effect of the exercise under the guidance of "dynamic and static balance" theory with that under the guidance of "early and painless" principle on the functional recovery of elbow joint after operation of intercondylar fracture of humerus, the better scheme is selected to provide some reference for the functional recovery of elbow joint after fracture operation. Methods: 48 patients with intercondylar fractures of the humerus who underwent surgical treatment and completed follow-up in the department of orthopedics of the affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2017 to June 2019 were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the admission order. After the surgical contraindications were excluded, all patients were treated with the ulna eagle osteotomy approach and double-locked anatomical plate system fixation.Postoperative rehabilitation was divided into groups, among which the treatment group followed thestatic and static balance"theory, and carried out safe and effective phased rehabilitation exercise. The control group performed downlink active functional exercise under the guidance of "early, painless" principle. Objective data were collected,VAS pain score was used to score patients’ pain, improved Cassebaum score and Mayo elbow function score system(MEPS)were used to evaluate elbow function recovery and overall efficacy. Finally, through statistical analysis, the clinical efficacy of two rehabilitation exercise methods was evaluated. Results: 1.Comparison of VAS pain scores in the two groups at different time points after surgery showed that postoperative pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),with certain statistical significance.2.In the MEPS score,at 2 weeks,1,3 and 6 months after the operation, the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and at 6 months after the operation, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group had better long-term efficacy.3.The comparison analysis of the modified Cassebaum standard score 6 months after the operation showed that the excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.The overall MEPS score at 6 months after the operation was87.5% in the treatment group, higher than 54.17% in the control group(P<0.05),with a statistically significant difference, suggesting that the overall functional recovery of the patients in the treatment group at 6 months after the operation was superior to that in the control group. Conclusion: the safe and effective staged rehabilitation method under the guidance of "static and static balance" theory is helpful to the functional recovery of the intercondylar fracture of the humerus. The elbow joint function can be recovered well without affecting the fracture healing. |
