The Correlation Study Of Traditional China Medicine Hip Bath From Different Stage After Operation Of Mixed Hemorhoid

Objective:the subject aims to find the best stage of traditional china medicine hip bath after mixed hemorhoid surgery under the premise of the same chinese bath drug,bath method,bath tempreature and bath time,by obsverving the effect of Bath time period on the wound healing process.And we Preliminarily disscus the Mechanism of the bath.Methods:90 mixed hemorhoid patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groupâ… ,â…¡andâ…¢.seting the patients of groupâ… use the chinese hurbal fumigant from the first day after the operation until wound healing.then groupâ…¡from the third day and groupâ…¢the seventh day.At the third,seventh,and the tenth day,The size and edema of wound,healing rates and the healing time are collected as the outcome measures to be studied.Resusts:(1)The date about the wound and healing rates at the seventh and tenth day is significant different between the groupâ… ,groupâ…¢and groupâ…¡.(2)there is significant difference about the edema of wound between the groupâ… and the groupâ…¡,â…¢(P<0.05) .(3)the patients of groupâ…¡heal significantly quickly than the groupâ… andâ…¢.Conclusion: (1)the bath with huaziyetang after mixed hemorhoid operation can promote the healing of the wound.(2) there is more significance to reduce the edema of wound that bath from the third day than from the seventh and tenth day.(3)bath with huaziyetang is safe,feasible and effective.
