Objective: Evaluation clinical curative effect on acupoint application with differentiation of symptoms and signs in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of lung and spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome of repeated respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:171 cases of lung and spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection, a randomized, controlled method is divided into a control group of 84 cases, the contrasts of 87 cases of, control group treated by acupoint using traditional party, contrasts with the traditional parties combined with Astragalus acupoint therapy, observation of two sets of symptoms, signs, to improve the situation.Results: Total effective rate of 88.5% group, control group for the 73.8%; the contrasts in terms of total points after treatment is better than the control group, difference is statistically significant (P<0.01); the contrasts in Physical weakness, Cough unhealed , apocleisis ,Hyperhidrosis,Abdominal distention integral improvements are better than the control group, difference is statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion: Acupoint in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of lung and spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome of infantile repeated respiratory tract infection dramatically, with important clinical applications.
