Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of children with RRTI of the lung and spleen deficiency type by the combination of selective acupoint application and Yu Ping Feng granules, and to analyze its improvement on the number of morbidity, duration of illness, grade of infectious disease,TCM syndrome score and humoral immune function after 6 months, and evaluate its safety and efficacy.Methods:Seventy-five children who met the criteria were included and randomly divided into observation A and B groups and control group by random number method, with 25 cases in each group.Observation group A was given Yupingfeng granules orally combined with selective acupoint application, observation group B was given Yupingfeng granules orally combined with non-selective acupressure, and the control group was given Yupingfeng granules orally, respectively, for 2 months, with a follow-up of half year.SPSS24.0 statistical software was used to do statistical analysis of data.Results:1.Disease indicators:The number of episodes, days of disease duration, and disease grade at 6 months after treatment were significantly lower in all three groups than those before treatment(P<0.05),and observation group A and observation group B were better than the control group(P<0.05),and the effects of groups A and B were comparable(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome scores:Comparing within groups before and after treatment, the control group could improve four symptom points, and both observation A and B groups could improve eight symptom points(P<0.05).The improvement of the points of less breath and lazy speech and excessive sweating in observation A group was better than that in observation B group and the control group, observation B group was better than the control group, and there was a statistical difference between any two groups(P<0.05).3.Laboratory indexes:All three treatment groups were able to enhance the serum IgA and IgG levels of the children, and observation group A and observation group B were better than the control group(P<0.05),and the effects of group A and B were comparable(P>0.05).4.Efficacy assessment:The effective rate of observation group A was 92.00%,observation group B was 82.61%,and control group was 41.67%,and the comparison between groups after treatment was P<0.001,with statistical differences.Conclusion:1.Acupoint application combined with Yu Ping Feng granules can effectively reduce the frequency of incidence, shorten the duration, decrease the severity, decrease the TCM evidence scores and improve the humoral immune level in the treatment of RRTI of lung and spleen deficiency type, and the efficacy is better than applying Yu Ping Feng granules alone.2.Based on the theory of Midnight-noon ebb-flow,the effect of time-selected acupressure group was better than that of non-time selective group in improving the two symptoms of less breath and lazy speech and excessive sweating in children, and the time-selective treatment has certain feasibility.
