Clinical Study Of The Effect Of New Xuefuzhuyu Soft Capsule On Blood Stasis Syndrome, CIMT And Inflammatory Markers Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the impacts of new xuefuzhuyu soft capsule on blood stasis syndrome,carotid intima-media thickness,serum OX40 ligand( OX40L) as well as high sensitivety C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methodes 100 patients of CHD were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50) and control group(n=50).The control group was administrated with conventional therapy .The treatment group was treated with new xuefuzhuyu soft capsule supplemented on the basis of conventional therapy of control group.Both were treated for 6 months.Blood stasis syndrome, carotid intima-media thickness ,OX40L and hs-CRP were observed before and after therapy separately.Results The treatment group and control group were improved in blood stasis syndrome,which total effective rates were 76.2%,46.3% (p<0.05). Both groups were lower in OX40L and hs-CRP levels than before, the OX40L level in treatment group was lower than control group (P<0.05,and the hs-CRP level had a significant stastistical difference from control group(p<0.01). Also there were significant statistically differences among stable angina,unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction on the level of OX40L and hs-CRP(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between OX40L and hsCRP in CHD patients(Spearman's rho =0.779,P<0.01). Two groups were no statistically difference compared with the previous in carotid intima-media thickness(P>0.05),there were no grouth trends than before.Conclusion Add the new Xuefuzhuyu soft capsule could significantly ameliorate blood stasis syndrome,reduce serum OX40L and hs-CRP levels when compared with conventional therapy in patients with coronary heart disease. It was indicated that new xuefuzhuyu sofe capsule can decrease the level of inflammation ,maintain the stability of vulnerable plaque ,as a result ,it may reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
