Clinical And Theoretical Research On TCM Therapy For Infertility Of The Type Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Objective:to observe invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles for the clinical curative effect of infertility caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome,the analysis method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles of infertility treatment of PCOS to clinical experience.Methods:From January 2010 to March 2011,In Jiangsu Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine which affiliated nanjing university of Chinese Medicine,by invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles cure 30 infertile patients by PCOS. In clinical observation,selecting 30 cases of infertility by PCOS,collecting relevant clinical material, and test their sex hormone levels,and treat with the traditional Chinese medicine such as invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles (the premenstrual period,the menstrual period,the postmenstrual,Menstrual interphase). Through observate the improve of pregnancy rates, and menstrual cycle,quantity, color,and Body mass index:hormone E2,FSH and LH,PRL,T. To assess invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles to infertility treatments for polycystic ovarian syndrome, it summarizes and analyzes the clinical experience invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles in the treatment of this disease.Results:By treatment 30 patients menstrual cycle shorten than before treatment (P<0.05), there are significant differences. There is a marked decline in the number in 30 patients acne symptoms through the treatment (P<0.05). After treatment,the lighter weight 30 patients (P< 0.05).30 patients serum sex hormones T,E2,LH,FSH,PRL level compared before the treatment (P<0.05),a significant difference in the kidney,By invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles obviously reduce serum T,LH,FSH,PRL level,make E2,T,LH,FSH,PRL level within the scope of the ideal,total pregnancy rate 33.3%. Integrated clinical curative effect:recovery,while the recovery rate of 40%,inefficient 26.7%,total effectiveness of 73.3%. There are abortion phenomenon cases followed up for 3 months.Conclusion:The clinical·curative effect of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles for infertility by PCOS is distinct,it can regulate the menstrual cycle,the quantity,color; Not only can improve patients' acne symptom,and reduce patients weight,adjust patients serum sex hormone levels. Pregnancy, rate of total effective, while clinical reaches 73.3 %. The clinical experience of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles in the treatment of this disease has good clinical significance and application value.
