| Objective:through summarizing experience of treating cough for children of guiding teacher to observe and evaluate the clinical effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of cough for children.Methods:observe 93 children having cough, divide in to 3 groups base on clinical type: Group I (30 cases) take Sang xing zhike tang,5 days; group II(33 cases) take Xiefei huatan tang, 7 days; groupIII(30 cases) take Kangmin xuanfei tang,14 days. Evaluate treating effectiveness after each procedure.Results:compare 3 groups'clinical effectiveness before and after treatment:group I has effect rate of 100%; group II has effect rate of 97%; groupIII has effect rate of 100%. Compare the improvement level of main symptoms in 3 groups:group I's cough symptom improvement accounts for 90.0%, expectoration improvement accounts for 86.7%, symptom improvement accounts for 96.1%of lung auscultation; group II's cough symptom improvement accounts for 90.9%, expectoration improvement accounts for 97.0%, symptom improvement accounts for 87.9%when testing lung; group Ill's cough symptom improvement accounts for 90.0%, expectoration improvement accounts for 86.7%, symptom improvement accounts for 83.3%of lung auscultation.Conclusion:Professor Han believes that at the early stage of exopathic cough, dispersing lung qi and expulsing pathoge would be the first; in the mid-term, we should take the method of clearing heat and removing phlegm as the principal thing; additionally, there is another disease called anaphylactic cough, we have to pay more attention to anti-allergic and descending lung qi. |
