Xinnaotongluoye Clinical Curation Effect On Chronic Heart Failure Belong To Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe XinNaoTongLuoYe clinical curation effect on chr-onic heart failure belong to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:The 60 CHF cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group at the ratio of 1:1.The control group was treated by western routine treatment and the treatment group was treated by XinNaoTongLuoYe plus western routine treatment.After 4 weeks's continuous medicine treatment,the clinical efficency was evluated. Determination of treatment before and after the 6min walk test, color Doppler echoca-rdiographic indices(left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end dia-stolic diameter,lvedd).Observation on patients with syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, heart function classification,6min walk test and left ventr-icular ejection fraction,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,lvedd, changes in before and after treatment, so as to judge its effects.Result:1.Two group patients TCM card waiting comparison:â‘ effect compariso-n:treatment group TCM card waiting improve total effective rate for 93.33%, controlled group TCM card waiting improve total effective rate for 73.33%, treatment group better than controlled group (P<0.05);â‘¡total integral comparison:two group TCM card waiting total integral are obvious decline (P<0.01), and treatment group better than controlled group (P<0.05);â‘¢TCM the item symptoms integral comparison:two group patients TCM the item symptoms integral are obvious decline (P<0.01), and treatment group in palpitations, and shortness of, and chest stuffy (pain), and tired weak, and surface floating limb swollen, and urine less, symptoms improve aspects better than controlled group (P<0.05), especially in surface floating limb swollen,and urine less aspects of improve,has significantly sexual differences (P<0.01). 2.Two group comparison of cardiac function in patients with NYHA classification, total effective rate of 90% treatment group, control group total effective rate of 66.67%, two groups can improve heart function in patients with congestive heart failure, and in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).3.Comparison of the two sets of 6-minute walking test in patients with:â‘ comparison, total effective rate of 86.67% treatment group, control group total effective rate of 63.33%, and in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05);â‘¡6 minutes walking distance, two groups can increase the 6 minutes walking distance in patients with congestive heart failure (P<0.01), and in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).4.Two group comparison of color Doppler echocardiography in patients with indexes:two groups may improve heart failure patients with LVEF (P< 0.05), and in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). LVEDD improvement, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. XinNaoTongLuoYe can significantly improve clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure patients with Qi-deficiency and blood stasis;improved heart function; increase in 6 minutes walking distance.2. XinNaoTongLuoYe can improve chronic heart failure patients with Qi-deficiency and blood stasis of left ventricular ejection fraction.
