Clinical Study On Shenqi Yixin Prescription In Treating Chronic Heart Failure With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi Yixin Decoction by observing the effects of Shenqi Yixin Decoction on TCM symptom scores,B-type brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic internal classic(LVEDD),new york heart function classification and safety indexes of patients with chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of heart failure.Methods: 60 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure in the department of cardiology of the first affiliated hospital of Anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group at a ratio of 1: 1.The control group(30 cases)was given western medicine standard treatment,while the treatment group(30 cases)was given Shenqi Yixin Formula(composed of Ginseng Radix Rubri,Radix Astragali,Atractylodis Rhizoma,Poria,Saviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Herba Epimedii,and Semen Lepidii)on the basis of western medicine standard treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score,plasma BNP level,LVEF,LVEDD and new york cardiac function grading in the two groups were recorded,and then the data were statistically processed.Results: 1.TCM Syndrome Score and Main Symptom Score: after treatment,TCM syndrome score decreased in both groups(p < 0.05),and decreased more obviously in the treatment group(p < 0.05);After treatment,the scores of main single symptoms in both groups decreased(P < 0.05),of which the scores of asthma,fatigue,palpitation,edema and cyanosis were significantly decreased in the treatment group(P < 0.05).2.BNP: BNP values in both groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group(P < 0.05).3.Cardiac Function: LVEF values of the two groups of patients increased after treatment(p < 0.05),and the treatment group increased more obviously(p < 0.05).After treatment,LVEDD values in both groups decreased(p > 0.05),but there was no statistical significance.After treatment,the cardiac function grading of the two groups decreased(P < 0.05),and that of the treatment group was more obvious(P < 0.05).4.Safety: No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment,and there was no obvious abnormality in the safety index.Conclusion: Shenqi Yixin Formula has significant clinical effect and good safety in treating chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
