Effect Of Tanshinone â…¡A On Stable Angina Pectoris (Syndrome Of Heart Blood Stagnation) Of Coronary Heart Disease And On The Levels Of ET-1

Objectives:Preliminary evaluation the curative effect of Tanshinoneâ…¡A in treating stable angina pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease(Syndrome of heart blood stagnation), meanwhile speculated that its mechanism for the result.Method:Selected 60 patients with stable angina pectoris, divided into two groups at random. The treatment group includes 30 patients. The controls group includes 30 patients. The 30 patients in control group were given low dose aspirin, nitrates, statin and nitrates. If the patients also suffered by hypertension, ACEI or ARB will be given. The treatment group will be given one more drug than controls group who's called Tanshinonâ…¡A. After tow weeks we observed the changes of the symptoms, the symptoms of traditional medicine, ECG and endothelin of patients.Resulst:After treatment there have remarkable effect of the tow groups, the total efficiency of the treatment group was higher than the control group (p<0.05). The plasma ET-1 became lower of all of the patients after two weeks, but the treatment group has More effective than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:1 Tanshinonâ…¡A can significantly improve the symptoms of SAP (syndrome of heart blood stagnation), especially on improving the symptoms of traditional medicine.2 The ET-1 of the patients who were used Tanshinonâ…¡A became lower than those one who were not used.
