Objective:To observe obstructive jaundice rat intestinal mucosa tissue of nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), endothelin (ET - 1) content change and plasma endotoxin, D - lactic acid, Diamine oxidase (DAO), discusses the content change when examined intestinal mucosa damage mechanism, function provides the theory basis for clinical Prevention.Method: Choose health Wistar male 72 rats , divided into 36 control group and 36 obstructive jaundice group;The control group only free common bile duct;Obstructive jaundice group free common bile duct and double ligation, and in 3 days, 7 days, 14 days of rats were taken portal vein blood respectively, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent adsorption method (Elisa) measurement plasma endotoxin, D - lactic acid, Diamine oxidase (DAO) expression, by means of measuring the absorbency to draw standard curve, and in standard curve to be measured against calculate the content sample; Each small groups were taken small intestinal mucosa microstructure observation pathological changes; Using solid phase sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent adsorption method (Elisa) detection of bowel mucosa tissue iNOS and ET - 1 through measuring absorbance of the expression, to draw standard curve, and in standard curve to be measured against calculate the content sample.Results: Obstructive jaundice rats bowel mucosa pathological damage is a clear, The control group intestinal mucosa basic maintain normal. Obstructive jaundice rats, plasma endotoxin, D - lactic acid, Diamine oxidase(DAO) level obviously higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), and were compared with control group were significant difference (P <0.01); Obstructive jaundice group bowel mucosa tissue of endothelin and nitricoxidesynthase(iNOS) significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01), and were compared with control group were significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion: Obstructive jaundice intestinal mucosa rats significantly impaired function, endotoxin blood disease, liver function are affect gut barrier function damage, leading to the endothelin,inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) increases, plasma DAO and D - lactic acid increases, accentuate further to the body damage.
