ObjectiveThe research is guided by the theory of meridians and acupoints and modern medical theory. To play in the medical advantages, clinical trials, based on observation and analysis through the control compared with ischemic stroke motor aphasia combined use of acupuncture therapy and the efficacy of simple differences between acupuncture, acupuncture and moxibustion combined verify the treatment of ischemic stroke. The clinical efficacy of motor aphasia, and to explore the impact of factors related to its clinical efficacy for ischemic stroke motor aphasia provide a combination of acupuncture and moxibustion and effective, effective, safe and practical clinical treatment modalities, so as to improve stroke aphasia clinical rehabilitation to provide a clinical basis.MethodsWe collected 60 cases of stroke aphasia patients, whose age, gender, disease duration, disease, pre-treatment severity of aphasia diagnosis and inclusion criteria were found. Were randomly divided into two groups (acupuncture combined group and the acupuncture group),30 patients in each group, all patients received conventional drug therapy neuroprotective agents, including anti-platelet aggregation anti-arterios clerosis, lowering blood pressure, cerebral protectiontreat ment and symptomatic treatment. Acupuncture simple acupuncture group, acupuncture and acupuncture group and the same simple method, based on acupuncture, moxibustion heat at Baihui, Lian Quan, Zusanli, in the treatment of both groups after 1 month efficacy evaluation.ResultsTwo groups of patients with aphasia score were improved compared with before treatment, it was a significant difference (P<0.05). On the total efficiency of view, acupuncture combined group was 83.33%, significantly higher than the simple acupuncture group which was 63.33%(P<0.05). The impact of disease on the efficacy results show:the acute phase 86.21%, recovery 70.83%, and 28.57% of the after-effects,also a significant difference(P0.05); Disease frequency and effect relationship between the onset of patients with total effective rate was 80.39%, better than the recurrence rate 33.33%.ConclusionThe research showed:For the stroke patients with motor aphasia, both the acupuncture alone or acupuncture combined with had a exact effect, but the latter than the former. For its impact factor, stroke aphasia course of disease has an important influence on'the efficacy to a single case, the shorter the duration, the more significant effect, but the aftermath is still some effect of acupuncture on patients; Onset times have an important impact on the efficacy of aphasia, multiple strokes cause aphasia has a poor prognosis. Psychological and emotional factors in stroke patients with aphasia of rehabilitation, treatment with mild moxa moxibustion can effectively improve the patient irritability, depression, pessimism and other negative emotions. Tips should be used in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion combined approach to the treatment of ischemic stroke motor aphasia, for early rehabilitation. but for longer duration, such as after-effects, acupuncture treatment is still necessary.
