| Objective: To explore the variation of main clinical experiment indicators of gastric cancer patients and the association of DNA with gastric cancer patients.Methods: The gastric cancer consisted of 31 hospitalized gastric cancer patients including 18 males and 13 females aged from 36 to 81-year old. The biochemical control group consisted of 20 healthy people aged from 37 to 72-year old including 10 males and 10 females, who were randomly chosen through physical examinations. The STR control group consisted of 100 non-related and healthy individuals including 50 males and 50 females who aged from 20 to 45-year old. Intravenous blood samples were collected for the test of TP, ALB, the test of CREA and UREA for evaluating kidney function,the test of GLU for evaluating the level of serum glucose and the test of TG, HDLC, LDLC for evaluating the level of serum lipids, the tumer markers test of AFP, CEA, CA50, CA15-3,CA19-9,CA72-4. All the above biochemical tests were carried out by Hitachi 7600 Fully Automatic Biochemical Analyzer. The test of WBC, Neu#, LY#, RBC, HGB and PLT was performed by XE2100 Fully Automatic Analyzer. STR loci were tested by means of PCR and five-color fluorescent automatic detection, which included D21S11, D7S820, CSF1PO, D3S1358, D5S818, D13S317, D16S539, D2S1338, D19S433, VWA, D12S391, D18S51, D6S1043, D8S1179, FGA.Results: The average values of regular blood items RBC,HGB,WBC,LY#in the gastric cancer group were respectively 4.10, 139.85, 6.70, 2.27, while such average values in the control group were respectively 4.10, 139.85, 6.70, 2.27. There was significant difference in such four items (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in other items.The average values of plasma Protein items TP (g/L), ALB (g/L) items were no significant difference in these two items. The average values of kidney function UREA, CREA (mmol/L) items were no significant difference in these two items. The average values of GLU,TG ,HDL-C, LDL-C (mmol/L) items were no significant difference in these two items. The results of tumor markers items AFP,CEA in the gastric cancer group had significant difference (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in other items. The loci frequencies of STRs D21S11-30.2,D3S1358-15,D16S539-10,D16S539-11,VWA-18,D19S433-15 in the gastric cancer group were respectively0.081, 0.226, 0.032, 0.355, 0.097, 0.113 and such frequencies in the control group were respectively0.005,0.395,0.165,0.210, 0.230, 0.035. There was significant difference (P <0.05) in such five items, while there were no significant difference in other items.We discovered that there was association between the main clinical experiment indicators of gastric cancer pations and healthy persons and 15 STR Loci by means of comparison of statistics.There was significant difference between the average value of RBC and 7 STR Loci,between the average value of HGB and 1 STR Loci, between the average value of PLT and 1 STR Loci, between the average value of WBC and 14 STR Loci, between the average value of LY# and 5 STR Loci, between the average value of Neu# and 11 STR Loci,between the average value of GLU and 6 STR Loci, between the average value of TG and 3 STR Loci,between the average value of HDL-C and 2 STR Loci, between the average value of LDL-C and 10 STR Loci,between the average value of CREA and 2 STR Loci,between the average value of UREA and 2 STR Loci, between the average value of TP and 11 STR Loci, between the average value of ALB and 5 STR Loci,between the average value of AFP and 12 STR Loci. There was significant difference between the average value of CEA and 4 STR Loci,between the average value of CA50 and 15 STR Loci,between the average value of CA19-9 and 15 STR Loci, between the average value of CA15-3 and 3 STR Loci,between the average value of CA72-4 and 15 STR Loci.,between the average value of NSE and 1 STR Loci.Conclusion: There are variations of regular blood, tumor markers and immune system to different extent in the gastric cancer patient. The loci frequencies of STRs D3S1358-15,D16S539-10 and VWA-18 in the gastric cancer group are lower than those in the control group, so there may be resistance genes to gastric cancer nearby. The loci frequencies of STRs D21S11-30.2,D16S539-11 and D19S433-15 are higher than those in the control group, so there may be genes nearby that are easy to catch gastric cancer. Meanwhile, the loci frequencies of STRs are correlated with the related indicators of changes in the experiment. |
