I.Research objectiveThis study is based on a retrospective analysis of 36 patients with Gastric cancer treated from November 2017 to February 2019.The results of the detection of tumor markers CAl25(sugar chain antigen 125),CEA(carcinoembryonic antigen),CAl99(sugarchain antigen 199),AFP(alpha-fetoprotein)and immunohistochemical indices(Villin,Ki67)are analyzed to explore the expression of serum tumor markers and immunohistochemical markers in Gastric cancer patients at different genders, ages, sites of occurrence, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and differences.Through immunohistochemical analysis, the correlation between villin and ki67 was studied.Influence of tumor markers and immunohistochemical markers on the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of Gastric cancer were evaluated, trying to provide some references to diagnosis and prognosis of Gastric cancer in the clinical work onwards.II.Research methodA retrospective analysis is made of 36 patients with Gastric cancer who are treated from November 2017 to February 2019.They are treated by radical surgery and reserved the resected Gastric cancer tissues. The clinicopathological data of Gastric cancer cases are collected, and the characteristics of sex, age, site of occurrence, degree of invasion, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis are analyzed. The clinical data are used to analyze the correlation between serum tumor markers and immunohistochemical indexes and gender, age, location, degree of infiltration, clinical stage, and lymph node metastasis. The SpSS17.0 statistical software was adopted for data analysis. For statistics of measurements and enumeration data, means±standard deviation(?x±s)were used. And T test method was adopted for the comparative analysis between two samples of measurement data;?~2was the verification for the actual data of two samples. As for correlation analysis, the Spearman rank correlation analysis method was adopted.III.Research result1.The analysis of tumor markers in patients with stage I-IV Gastric cancer show that the difference of CA125 and CA199 in stage II and IV Gastric cancer is statistically significant. The levels of serum tumor markers CA125 and CA199 in patients with stage IV Gastric cancer are significantly higher than those in patients with stage II Gastric cancer.2.The levels of serum tumor markers CAl25,CEA,CAl99 and AFP in patients with Gastric cancer has no statistical significance in different gender, age and location;CEA,CAl99 and AFP in patients with Gastric cancer has no correlation with the degree of differentiation(p>0.05),while CAl25 is related to the degree of differentiation(?~2=4.147,p=0.042);the Serum tumor marker CA125 in patients with Gastric cancer is statistically different(?~2=10.273,p=0.001)in different clinical stages, but not in CEA,CA199 and AFP;The serum tumor markers CEA in patients with Gastric cancer are related to lymph node metastasis(?~2=5.143,p=0.023),The serum tumor markers CA199 in patients with Gastric cancer are related to lymph node metastasis(?~2=3.889,p=0.049),but CA125 and AFP are not.3.The level of immunohistochemical marker Villin had no obvious correlation to factors including patient’s gender, age, lesion region, differentiation degree, clinical stages and lymph node metastasis(p>0.05).The differences in Ki-67 level and Gastric cancer differentiation degree had the statistical significance(?~2=8.371,p=0.004),but had no correlation to factors including patient’s gender, age, lesion region, differentiation degree, clinical stages and lymph node metastasis. There were no correlation between two factors in the occurrence of Gastric cancer(r=-0.165,p=0.335).IV.Research conclusions1.The expression of CEA in serum is related to the presence of lymph node metastasis;the expression of CA-199 is related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis;the expression of CA125 is related to the degree of differentiation and clinical stage of tumors;and the expression of AFP in Gastric cancer is not related to sex, age, location, differentiation degree, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. The expression levels of CEA,CA125 and C199 can be used to assist the diagnosis of Gastric cancer.2.The levels of immunohistochemical markers Ki-67 and Villin had no obvious correlation to factors including patient’s gender, age, lesion region, clinical stages and lymph node metastasis. The differences in Ki-67 level and Gastric cancer differentiation degree had the statistical significance, but the differences in Villin level and Gastric cancer differentiation degree had no statistical significance. There were no correlation between two factors in the occurrence of Gastric cancer.
