Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Acupoint Injection In Front Of Shoulder Combined With Infraspinatus MTrP Acupoint Injection In The Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder (acute Stage)

Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of anterior shoulder point combined with MTr P acupoint injection of subspinatus muscle in the treatment of frozen shoulder(freezing period).Methods: This study collected 80 frozen shoulder patients admitted to the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from December 2019 to January2021.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into control group and observation group.Group,40 cases were collected in both groups.The control group received basic treatment plus shoulder joint cavity injection treatment,and the observation group received basic treatment plus shoulder anterior point combined with subspinatus MTr P acupoint injection treatment.Observation and analysis of the two groups of patients before treatment,the first day after treatment,and the 14 th day after treatment VAS score,ROM score(anterior flexion,abduction,external rotation,internal rotation,extension direction)and Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score were evaluated on the 14 th day after treatment.Results:During the study period,2 patients met the criteria for rejection and were rejected.In the end,39 patients in the control group and observation group each completed the test.No serious adverse reactions occurred during the study period.Comparison of patient VAS scores:comparison between groups,comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the observation group score was lower than the control group;comparison within the group,the first day after treatment and before treatment Comparison(P<0.05),the 14 th day after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and the scores after treatment were higher than those without treatment;the 14 th day after treatment and after treatment Compared on the first day(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.Comparison of ROM scores in each direction of the shoulder joint of patients: comparison between groups,comparison between the two groups of patients in the two directions of flexion and external rotation after treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the observation group scored higher,in abduction There was no statistically significant difference between the three directions of,internal rotation and extension(P>0.05).Comparison within the group: The ROM scores of the shoulder joints in each direction were compared on the 1st and 14 th day after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Comparison of patients’ Constant-Murley shoulder joint function scores: comparison between groups,comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the observation group score was higher than the control group;comparison within the group,before treatment,The scores on the first day after treatment and the 14 th day after treatment were compared in pairs(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.The score was highest on the 14 th day after treatment,followed by the first day after treatment,and the lowest before treatment.The curative effect of the two groups of patients was compared by the total effective rate,which was 79.5% in the control group and 94.9%in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study shows that shoulder joint cavity injection is a conventional therapy for the treatment of frozen shoulder.Shoulder anterior acupoint combined with subspinatus MTr P acupoint injection has a higher therapeutic efficiency than that,which can better relieve shoulder pain and improve shoulder flexion And external rotation activities to promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.Therefore,anterior shoulder point combined with subspinatus MTr P acupoint injection has definite curative effect and high reliability in the treatment of frozen shoulder,which is worthy of further promotion.
