Objective:To explore the influence of serum brain natriuretic peptide by comprehensiveness intervention in patients with metabolic syndromes (MS) and its significance as a index to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of comprehensiveness intervention. Methods:Eighty MS patients were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. The control group was treated with routine care while experiment group were treated with normalization intervention and develop a healthy life style so that weight in the first year was reduced by 5%~10% and patients of the two group took medicine on time under supervision of a physician. Observe brain natriuretic peptide before and after treatment of two groups. Results:There was no difference between control group and experiment group before intervention (t=1.64,p>0.05).But compare with control group, the level of N-proBNP decreased significantly(t=4.67,p<0.01) after intervention. Compare with the level of N-proBNP, it decreased with different degree in both groups and the difference was significantly (t=7.76-11.82,p<0.01)Conclusion:Comprehensiveness intervention can make patients develop a healthy life style, enhance treatment compliance and make brain natriuretic peptide decrease significantly, so that brain natriuretic peptide can act as a index to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of comprehensiveness intervention on metabolic syndromes patients. |
