Study On The Chemical Constituents And Their Tyrosinase Inhibition Of Corallodiscus Flabellatus

The chemical constituents of Corallodiscus flabellatus were investigated and ni-neteen compounds were isolated. Fifteen compounds have been identified on the ba-sis of spectral data, like1D NMR ('H-NMR,13C-NMR),2D NMR (HSQC,HMBC), IR, UV and so on, and compounds1-5were new compouds. The structures of compounds were:7S-methoxyl-3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol8-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1),7R-methoxyl-3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol8-O-β-D-api-ofuranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (2),7S-methoxyl-3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3),7R-methoxyl-3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol8-0-β-D-glucopy-ranoside (4),7ζ-methoxyl-3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol8-0-β-D-apiofuranosyl (1→3)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)]-4-O-trans-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (5),3,4-dihydroxyph-enylethanol8-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→6)-p-D-glucopyranoside (6),3,4-dihydroxyphenyl ethanol8-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (7),4-hydroxyphenylethanol8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8),3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9),3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol8-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→3)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)]-4-O-trans-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (10),3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol (11),4-hy droxyphenylethanol (12), pectolinarin (13),4"'-acetyl-pectolinarin (14), linarin (15).Melanin has the closed relationship with whitening of skin and keeping fresh of food, and much more formation of melanin could cause skin black,spot and food browning. The tyrosinase could catalysis the tyrosine (as a substrate) transforming to multi-palestinian pigment, and then transforming to melanin. Tyrosinase is the key emzyme on the formation of melanin, so controling the activation could affect the forming of melanin directly. Inhibiting the activation of tyrosinase becomes the main idea whitening skin or curing disease of pigment. Getting the stable,highly effective,low poisonous tyrosinase inhibitors becomes hot recently by reseachers both at home and abroad.Phenylethanols and phenylethanoid glycosides are the main constituents, their structures are similiar with the L-tyrosine which is the substrate during the formation of melanin. Paper studied the tyrosinase inhibition of these compounds, and tried to found out the more effective inhibitors.
