Environmental Ethics construction refers to base on the theories of environmental ethics, use nature rationally, protect the ecological environment and promote sustainable development, safeguard and promot the integrity and stability of ecological systems, achieve ecological civilization. Environmental ethics construction aimed at addressing the natural contradictions between the human and the environment.In this thesis, by Comparing the environmental ethics between China and US, we can conclude the theoretical and practical experience to to China environmental ethics construction.This paper outlines the environmental ethics construction, illustrates the meaning, content, features, meaning of environmental ethics construction.
