In recently years, elementary Chinese comprehensive course plays a pivotal role in the teaching Chinese as second language. About those students, come from non-character-using countries, elementary Chinese comprehensive course is particularly important.This paper takes elementary Chinese comprehensive course of non-Chinese character culture circle as reaching target and teaching strategies for the topics. From four parts, around teaching organizing, teaching strategies, condition of implement of teaching material, shoot the arrow at the target, to summarize and epitomize.
